Insurance

The majority of medical services performed at the clinic are covered by the provincial health plans. Depending on your insurance provider the Workers Compensation Board (WCB), Manitoba Public Insurance (Autopac or MPI), or other private insurance provider may be billed directly.

Fees

Occasionally, certain fees, such as those for filling out forms, phone calls, medical record duplication, Legal correspondence, equipment costs, and other expenses may need to be billed directly to the patient.

Motor Vehicle (motor vehicle examination and/or form completion).
Missed appointments
Disability forms
Disposable items
Work related (off work note or confirmation of appointment)
Other diagnostics not covered by Manitoba Health

Payments

Payments can be made to Accounts Receivable on the day of your appointment or by phone or mail.

Accounts Receivable is located on the Main Floor of the Winnipeg Clinic through the glass doors (first desk).

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Closed: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

Accounts Receivable Accepts:

VISA, Master Card, Interac, Cheques, or Cash for payment of uninsured services.
